Our Cooking Experience is a practical workshop held in a professional kitchen in the centre of Sulmona. It starts with a coffee & a quick market tour in Piazza Garibaldi followed by a morning session preparing your own lunch.

This isn’t simply a demonstration, so you’ll be able to learn first-hand some valuable techniques to take home with you. Our usual menu includes a couple of locally inspired pasta dishes which change according to the season.

While cooking, you will be offered a special Aperitivo which will be prepared in front of you, including house wine.

All instructions and take-away materials are in English.

Lunch will also include house wine, a dessert, and coffee.

You are welcome to invite non-participating friends and family to join you for the lunch that you have prepared – cost €18.

The Cooking Experience is available every Wednesday morning – starting at 9.30 am.

If you are not in town on a Wednesday, we might be able to offer a different day of the week. Please note however that the market tour part of the experience can only be held on a Wednesday. Just ask and we’ll see what we can do!

Cost per person € 69*. Please use the contact form to make a booking.
Your kids are welcome too, at the cost of € 39 per child aged 5-12.  Under 5’s go free.

*Minimum 4 guests.  For 2 or 3 guests, please ask us if we have a group scheduled which you can join.

We are constantly adding new classes!
If you are a tour operator, or the leader of a group, please let us know as we may be able to offer you slightly different menu options and / or price per head.
