The sulmonesi are justifiably proud of the wonderful food and wine of their region and many of the local shops and suppliers are family-run businesses going back generations.

Join our Foody Tour as we visit a number of these different stores to meet the owners and to enjoy a private tasting or their special wares.

The tour generally includes, but is not restricted to:

  • Confetti tasting with a confetti flower-making demo
  • Salamis, cheeses & zolle garlic shoots
  • Truffles & wine,
  • ‘Confettata’ cake & local liqueurs,
  • ‘Caffè al confetto’

Our friendly guide is a local English-speaking food & wine expert who will explain the history and traditions of our products & our dishes.
